Invoice or Bill of Supply or Delivery Challan, as the case may be.

Copy of the e-way bill or the e-way bill number either physically or the e-way bill number in electronic form mapped with RFID embedded on conveyance.
*NOTE: E-waybill compulsory, If declared goods value above Rs. 50,000/- ]

Other important documents relating to transport or any other approval letter for any authority (if needed). E.g. if transporting petrol, the approval letter is required.

Insurance of goods.

Vehicle number should be matched, it should not be mismatched with the vehicle.
